Can anyone tell me why all my dimplex night storage heaters would stop working at the same? Have checked main switch box and all fuses and they are all on.
Something common to all of them, so it must be a lack of supply, possibly a main fuse, contactor or faulty mainswitch, or maybe your timeswitch has stopped at 'OFF'

How do i reset my dimplex storage heater after it trips out internally? someone put washing in front and it overheated and tripped out...how do i reset this?
Switch off at the wall, undo the screws along the back top and lift the front cover up and forward to remove. Look for a black plastic cut out behind the thermostat, with a coin sized disc in it, press the little button in the centre, it should give a click noise. Refit cover and switch on. Heater should heat again overnight. (Depending on the model there may be screws on the front lower edge as well)
