Natick: New condo development is convenient to downtown

Finding land to build on in Natick is no easy thing, so when Trask Development, custom builders in Southborough, came across an opportunity to build nine new units on a parcel just a mile and a half from charming Natick Center, the plan was a no-brainer.

With all foundations poured, set and ready to go, framing on the project will begin by the end of the month. The development, which when complete will form a horseshoe making it feel much like a village, is the exclusive listing of Scott Adamson, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sudbury.

 “I’m very excited about this development because I know the kind of quality work this builder does. We expect to close on the first units in October,” Adamson said.

The spacious homes to be constructed are expected to be similar to Meeting House Lane, a sold-out Trask neighborhood in Southborough. The company, founded in 1993, has built more than 100 high-end houses in MetroWest and Adamson said the builder is known for building houses that blend seamlessly into their environment.
