i've lived in this mobile home with fire place over twenty years.just be sure your stack is clean.mine never has gotten dirty.when lighting it make sure flume is open.new trailer you should'nt have any problem.old trl have it checked out by a fire place installer or someone who KNOWS about them.not someone who says he does.oh yes watch the sparks keep screen shut if no screen keep door shut or get a screen.good luck.you'll do fine.
