Which space heater would you suggest for 600 sq ft coverage?

I'm looking to heat an indoor area, similar to a cabin. (it's actually a garage, but quite large, with an upstairs).
I'm wondering if I could get some suggestions for specific products (LINKS TO THEIR SITE INCLUDED PLEASE!) based on:
Price
Efficiency
Value
Dependability
Fuel source (electric, oil, etc?)
Thanks to all who help!
http://www.heatershop.com/ sells some.
Electric heaters will be limited by how much power you can get through the power cord.
/
Oil, etc. will need venting, and a draft.
I understand Mitsubishi makes some low-power heat pumps, which might make sense if the temperature is not *too* cold.

(600 sq. ft. does not seem to be "quite large")
