fireplace with oversized dentiled
mantle and built-in bookshelves. And there are more inviting rooms with eye-catching layout on the three levels for a growing family to stretch out and relax. Part of the popular Bates School district, this 1,916-square-foot home has a flexible floor plan on the first level that allows any number of uses such as a guest suite or library. Situated on a corner lot in the Northgate neighborhood, this pristine colonial house offers an extra bedroom or study as well as a full and half-bath on the first floor. To the right of the foyer, the formal dining room — easily seating eight — has a latticed bay window, chandelier and wallpaper that matches the swag draperies. Facing east, the rooms are filled with sunlight throughout the day. Most feature hardwood floors. Jill Boudreau of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is marketing the house for $879,000.

How do I mount an electric wall heater to a wall made of cinder block?
Oct 24, 2008 by Tiffany B
My son's room gets no heat. There is a gas outlet in there, but gas wall heaters are 3 times as costly as electric. So, I bought an electric wall heater, but the electric ones do not come with any brackets. I need to mount this to a wall made of cinder blocks and am afraid of what might happen if I mount it improperly.
Please follow MIKE's advice carefully with one other word of advice Stay away from the Gas Outlet Too. Make sure the child can NOT climb to the heater or pull it down on himself in any manner.
There are ways to hide the electrical cords use them even if he is older so they are not accidently pulled.
Can I leave my electric wall heater on during the day when I am not at home?
Nov 05, 2008 by L Mae
We have no other source of heat besides 2 electric wall heaters and one gas space heater. Is it safe to leave the wall heaters on when I am at work during the day?
These wall heaters are incredibly old, but my dog stays home alone during the day and she has to stay warm somehow.
If your wall heaters are thermostatically controlled, and PAT tested then yes.
I Believe that your dog has the in built ability to stay a little bit warmer than you, and probably feels the cold less than you do.
I have a short haired dog, and temps dropping to 10 deg.c does not even bat an eyelid. I shiver he sleeps.
