Steam Sauna & Infrared Sauna. Which one works best?

I used to have an Infrared Portable Sauna. I sweat quite a lot & for each session, I lost 1 kg sometimes half kg. It blew up eventually after using it everyday. So now I'm getting a Steam Sauna. Never used that one before so I'm wondering if it will work just as good as the Infrared one? The seller said both are good but ofcourse you cannot trust them sometimes. They will say anything is good to sell their products. But this Steam one is cheaper. I didn't buy the Infrared one because it is out of stock & the new ones will come in next month. I cannot wait that long because I really need to shed some fats before the upcoming dog trials! Need some speed to run for Agility.

So my question is, which one works better? The Steam or the Infrared Sauna? Those of you who have used the Steam Sauna, did alot of sweat come out or was most of it the steam water? How did you feel after coming out of the Steam sauna? Is it hot?
